TRANSPARENCY FIRST
Terms of use.
Draft overview for Trekko accounts and profiles. Final legal terms still require operator review.
Preview, not a live marketplace
Trekko supports accounts and guide listings, not tour bookings, payments, or messaging. Guides supply their own public information; Trekko does not verify it. Illustrative demos are not real offers of service.
Independent arrangements
The intended marketplace connects independent guides directly with travelers. Trekko does not charge tour commission. Responsibilities, cancellation policies, and dispute handling must be defined in final terms before launch.
Before public marketplace launch
The operator’s legal details, applicable jurisdiction, eligibility, liability provisions, and complete terms require review and publication. This draft is not a substitute for final legal terms.
